基于功率键合图的液压支架动态仿真应用

摘要:

液压支架是综合机械化采煤的重要设备之一,本文主要针对液压支架立柱工作过程中产生的震动和噪声,运用功率键合图法建立立柱液压系统的数学模型,模拟立柱的工作过程,应用MATLAB进行仿真,从而得到对动态特性影响较大因素,进一步提出改进方法。为液压支架液压系统的性能分析及优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:

The hydraulic support mechanized mining equipment,In this paper, for the vibration and noise generated in the process of hydraulic support column,The combined analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic support column, use power bond graph method to establish the mathematical model of the system, combined with MATLAB dynamic simulation tool Simulink software package for dynamic simulation of hydraulic systems. Resulting greater impact factors of dynamic characteristics, further raised the improved method. Provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and design optimization of hydraulic support system performance.
